What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please call the office where your appointment is scheduled for at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

No problem! Call the location where you have the appointment scheduled and we can find another time that suits you better. Please make sure that you call to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if I miss a scheduled appointment?

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment and do not cancel it, you will be charged a fee of $25. If you fail to cancel a physical you will be charged a fee of $50.

What if there is bad weather?

If an emergency event, such as inclement weather or a power outage occurs, the executive team may determine that CFP will close. At that point, anyone with a scheduled appointment during that time will be contacted by our office team directly by phone.

Can I see the same Doctor, PA, or NP each time I come in?

YES! You can see the same doctor each visit by requesting the Practitioner by name when you make your appointment. If at all possible, depending on availability, you will be scheduled with the practitioner of your choice.

Can I make a same-day appointment?

Often times we can make same day appointments. It just may not be with the Practitioner of your choice due to availability. Please call to make an appointment.
